‘The Counter Attack Lacrosse Drill’

As you know, I love drills that focus on transition, run at a really fast pace, and combine work on work on a number of fundamentals at the same time. One of the challenges of writing about NCAA Lacrosse Drills is that they often are predicated on 40-man rosters, and then need to be adapted to HS and Rec programs where the rosters are not nearly as large. The cool thing is you can also run this ¾ Field transition drill even if you only have one goalie.
In this great lacrosse drill from this great lacrosse coach, we meet or exceed all the criteria for rosters of any size. To help keep it simple I am going to break it down into three phases, although it is designed to run much faster.
