Home / Featured / Interviews-Drills / Podcast: Coach Wojcik, Harvard 4V4 Lacrosse Drill

Chris Wojcik was introduced as the Frisbie Family Head Coach for Harvard Men’s Lacrosse on July 12, 2010. A former All American in lacrosse at Harvard, and perhaps considered a young Head Coach, he has a broad lacrosse coaching background including some high school experience, DIII experience, as well as a seasoned key Assistant Coach at the DI level. Well respected by his peers, he was also a popular speaker for IMLCA.

In the interview he shares, the changes in the game, specialization, how coaches need to change with transparency, and trust, his lacrosse practice plan skeleton which is a little unique from others we have interviewed, a focus on his practice philosophy “Not what we do…but how we do it…” a wide number of great lacrosse drills, and the HS Transition Lacrosse Drill 4V4, which we feature in an article in our article section of the site, as well as the Preview sample for all Free Members, just click below to hear him go through this drill in his own words…

I just found myself kind of captivated in the interview by his depth of understanding and his relationship with his players as well as his coaching acumen, and his down to earth charisma. I think you are going to really love this one…
