I was truly impressed when I heard Coach Myers from Ohio State speak at the recent IMLCA conference, and was anxious to add him to our podcasts. This is a fast paced interview on practice plans, urgency, Shooting Drills, drills for fast ball movement, throwing across the face concept for feeds, and unique ideas to keep practice from ever getting stagnant.
He is in his second season at Ohio State as Head Coach, following his tenure as an Assistant under Coach Breschi.
Coach Myers is a native of Kennebunk, Maine, a two-time high school All-American and participated in the 1997 North-South All-Star Game. Before playing for Springfield College in Massachusetts, earning Division III All-America honors in 2001. He was a three-time All-NEWMAC selection and was the 2000 conference player of the year.
